The Apartment - Garden Level/English Basement

In addition to the rooms in the main part of the house, there is a Garden level 1 bedroom apartment, perfect for families or extended stays. The unit offers accommodations for up to 4 guests. In the bedroom, you  will find a comfortable wrought iron Queen sized bed. A full bath is off the bedroom. A small LCD TV with cable will let you keep up with the news while heading off to bed. The living room offers a large sitting are with sofa, loveseat, 52" TV with cable and massive decorative fireplace. To accommodate extra guests, the sofa opens to a Queen sized bed. The front bay window allows plenty of natural light to the unit and makes for a great dining area. For those looking to keep up with email or work, make yourself comfortable at the desk while using the complimentary wireless Internet access. 

The apartment has a fully equipped galley kitchen including an electric stove/oven, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. All cooking and eating utensils are provided, as well as small appliances such as coffee maker, microwave and toaster. If you travel to DC by car, reserved off street parking is available directly behind the home for a small fee, $15 per night.
